I got two calls from them around 9AM on 5/9 and didn't answer. The reason the do not call list is not stopping these people is because they are SCAMMING you and trying to steal your money. People like that buy phone lists from hackers/other scuzbags and don't pay much regard to violating the do not call list... So annoying.
Same call here. Missing a digit, no msg. If they really wanted to speak to you, why wouldn't their entire phone number show up? Seems like a lost opportunity at first for them but more like a scam. I smell a rat.
Credit card scam. Missing a digit in the number. Do not give them personal information. They also called my SO and they already knew too much personal information so we had to change all of our stuff. What a hassle!
