This number called me; it was an automated message about lowering my credit card interest rate. I pressed "1" to speak to a live operator. I demanded to know how they got my number, since I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. The operator asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates. I again demanded to know how they got my phone number. Then she hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
