Iam In Fl. and no message was left .I called the number back and Its a SCAM want me to lower interest rate..on a credit card (I DON"T HAVE CREDIT CARDS) FISHING for INFORMATION

I live in Ohio.  No message on voice mail

I answered the call and  they said they would  save on  interest rates on  my credit  card.  They wanted  to  know  my card  number,  I told  them I  didn't have  any so  they  hung  up on  me.

Just received a call from this number, recording about my Credit card. Said not delinquent; however, need to do something to reduce rates.

I am on DN Call list, reported

Just called my mobile #.  Left no message.
