I got a call like this yesterday on my work phone, and told him to call my cell but his name was nick, and he actually used the words i'm going to f*^# you, now i know there is noooo collection agency that would use that language. and he did say he was calling from american law division
really dude go back and learn how to freakin spell its defaulted and you would have been in default status where you had been a defaultor u must be on their payroll as well
