Anyone know what scam these [***] are perpetrating? It's a telemarketer of some sort, and since I'm on the DNC list...the totally worthless DNC, I might add...this is obviously a scam of some sort. Whatever, number now blocked forever. I marked the call type as a telemarketer, but it's clearly an illegitimate telemarketing scammer.
I get these calls at least once a month. I called back today and was directed to voice mail and the ID on my phone ID the caller as SMG INC . The caller ID himself as Gary Phillps through his voice messaging system. When I have called in the past, I would receive an operator message stating that the number was no longer available.
