Who called from 2012528624

This appears to be a company that offers those types of mortgages.  My first question would be "Do you already have an existing business relationship?", because if you don't, then cold calling you would be highly suspicious.  Considering that phone numbers can easily be spoofed, and you really don't know who called you, can you be sure this isn't some sort of scam?  Answer, no you can't.  If you did not initiate the call, never ever do business with someone that calls you out of the blue and offers you something.  ©
