Answered call they asked for a household member by first name. I then asked (first name) who? This guy was very rude and I wanted to know who he was and where he was calling from. He wanted me to give him the last name which I was NOT going to do. He said that he needed this info. so we wouldn't go around in circles. I told him that he called me, and Iwanted to know why he was calling and where from. He did not want to divulge that info. but yet I was supposed to give him info. Yeah, it doesn't work like that! He got really mad and hu g up on me. Guess he can't handle questions himself nor someone with a spine. What a jerk!
