I received a call from this number today and the lady gave me the last four digits of my card number. She told me that they wanted to send me a $50 gas card and a discount card to read over but they would charge my card for shipping and handling only. Her phone kept going in and out like a cell phone and then when I said never mind because I wasn't paying anything the phone mysteriously hung up. I called my credit card number and they said they didn't know anything about it, but then tried to sell me some fraud protection coverage.
I got a call from 201-257-4420 and the ID on my phone said KBF. I had another set of calls coming in a month or so ago and I was getting them every single day. Finally, I picked up the phone and let out a blood curdling scream that sound like it came out of the bowls of hell. The calls stopped. If KBF starts calling every day, they will get the same.
I received multiple calls from "KBF" too. The caller tried to get me to confirm my information for them. I refused and told them I was on the Do Not Call list - they still called back at least twice more.
I had a similar company calling me before that going by the name "trident international" reading what seemed to be the same script to me.
Today I found a strange charge on my credit card from a company I've never heard of called Electronic Business Resources. Looked that up and found out it is known for fraudulent charges on cards. I canceled my card immediately and filed a fraud complaint.
I'm not sure where/how my information got compromised, but I wish I'd canceled my card after the very first call.
Everyone who receives calls from this - or any other number they don't recognize should always report on the donotcall.gov using their online complaint form!!! The complaints are checked to see if they're from the same numbers or other patterns; and if they are Federal Trade Commission and the DoNotCall.gov will investigate and file their own charges against them.
Even if you are NOT currently listed on the donotcall.gov list - file a complaint anyway!!! Filing complaints on these numbers will eventually get results. Previous numbers that have called me, and I filed complaints against, are NO longer calling me. Ahhhh Peace & Quiet!!!! Nice!!!

Told me that he called fro a Visa company. Offered a 50 $ free gas card.. I said i don't want to.. I am not goin to pay for anything nor will be sharing any information but he had all that already..
He basically kept talking to me trying to convince me. But I could hear certain keypad tones on his phone while he was talking to me.
I dont know whats happening..
