They sent a description claiming they were interested in placing a position for which would not be qualified. Ive tried the unsubscribe and they did not respond.
Called twice in a row, but only let it ring for a second each time (long before voicemail would pick up). I searched through my email, and I see that I've received a couple lame recruiting e-mails from these guys over the last few months.
CAT Technologies is very unprofessional. They don't care at all about what skills you have. If there is one word on your resume that matches, you will get an email from them. If you market yourself as a professional Web developer, and they have a requirement for a professional Accountant, they'll match the word "professional" and you get an email. Often, you get multiple emails for the same job, even if you tell them you are not qualified. Even worse, their "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of the email doesn't work. Pretty impressive for a IT recruiter, huh?

Had a call about IT job prospect in Chattanooga and that they got my resume from dice and wanted me to send him a word version which I didn't. He gave me the same line of verbiage like the others had and asked when contacted by the prospect employer, I should tell them I am a partner to CAT Technologies. He even went as far as asking for the last four digits of my social, my date of birth and age. Below is the info of the guy that called me.
