SCAMMER - Contacts by Email.   Ricky Martin with a "Federal Law Firm" contacting me about a legal "mess".  The attachment is supposedly from the Attorney General of Washington DC at 206-259-6862.  Has 3 pages of legal jargon and a gold seal and says I am be charged with check fraud etc. due to an online loan with Cash Payday Loans.  Do Not CONTACT THEM!   THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
