This number is part of "Grant Instructor" which are people who inform you of government grants and financial stuff for college. They will ask you to pay a small amount (like under $2) for shipping this "free" financial help to you. Whatever you do, DECLINE because this number is SCAMMING you into a superfine print of $49+ per month membership fee. (if you google them, tons of complaints about them will pop up)
I answered this number once and they strongly urged (more like harassed) me to pay them then. I said no which made them frustrated and hung up so I thought I was done with them. Since then, they've been calling me mad crazy like every hour or so. I put my phone on silent so it doesn't bother me with their every-hour calling. (That's what you get you persistent FOOLS!! Give up while you can because I'll never answer you, MUHAHAHA!!)
I think that they're calling tons of number now because its back-to-school season and they hope to reel in some money. Well, hope this helps anyone.
This number has been calling us for 3 days, at least twice an hour...no one answers, and when I let it go to the answering machine (most of the time) there is no message. The only times I do answer it anymore is to press # several times. I had heard that would kick my number out of the computer, but it hasn't worked. I am on the do not call list as well. Very frustrating! When I called the number I got a recording saying the number I have reached is not in service!
continuous calls for days ..every half hour to hour all day.. no name.. looked it up on internet saying it was from westwood nj and the carrier is verizon newjersey Inc.
