They called me 10 or more times. I was rarely home and they did not leave any message. Finally I naswered and some guy asked me about student loans. He would not say the company name he was representing so I hung up. I just registered with the do not call list. Hopefully it will help.
Is this website affiliated with anyone who has the jurisdiction/willingness to investigate/prosecute the source of these calls? My student loans aren't something I want some fool to be toying with.
I have 14 missed calls from this number in two days. If its so important that they get in touch with me, then why do they never bother to leave a message? HOw did they get my cell number anyway?
I have received 3 calls in the past two hours from that number. I tried to call the number back, but it was a busy signal each time. The third call was just a blip ring like the caller had decided not to call. I have not yet spoken to someone. I gather it's someone trying to commit identity theft?
