Who called from 2012665327

Keep calling me 3 or 4 times a day. I answer and they hang up or I don't understand what they are saying to me. they speak with very bad accent.

This is getting old!! They call and never leave a message. When you call the number back you do not get an answer..Either leave a message or STOP calling me!!!

I called the number back to request whoever it is stop calling my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call List.  It rang and picked up with this message:  This Number Is Not In Service.

Got called at 2:12PM. I was still in school! They've called twice before but never a message. Does anyone know????
