These twerps have called my elderly & disabled parents, several times in the last week. They know enough not to answer "unknown" callers. The ID display read: "Wireless Caller"
Received an illegal recorded message about my "credit card." Pressed 9 to talk with someone. Claimed to be with "Card Services" and started to ramble on and on. I asked where they were located and they claimed Orlando Florida. Claimed they represent Master Card, Visa, Discover and Federal Express. Asked which card I held. Asked for the number of the card to "verify" the account (I gave them a made up number that started with 5. Then asked for my social security number and mother's maiden name. Yeah right, like I'm an idiot. When I started asking more questions, they got nasty and said I'm asking the questions, not you. I ripped into him then until he hung up.
Pick up the phone and immediately hang up so they get billed for the call.After a number of times doing this many of these types of calls will slow down and eventually stop,I have found.
