Who called from 2012789996

I answered on first ring. They hesitated, then hung up. Blocked

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a LEC recording saying that the number is not in service.

Caller ID says "NEW JERSEY".  They leave no message.  I do not call them back.

I recceived two calls from number "0" the previous minute; this is almost certainly the same caller.
