To be a dumb idiot is redundant and these callers are too stupid to understand the humor in being a double retard. They are probably members of the Dalits or 'untouchables' caste. I get plenty of scam calls and blocked everyone the first time; I never hear the ring anytime after that. I only see they called on my phone's screen later the next day. Get yourself a Panasonic phone system that blocks 250 numbers. A system with 3 handsets is about $100. Check Amazon.com for one. A nice feature is when the fûçk heads call back, there is no ring to irritate you. We are a sick society if we keep on accepting these insulting calls.
They are now calling about lowering a credit card interest rate for your mastercard/visa. Once you request they identify which credit card company, they hang up. Don't provide them with any information! Easiest way to catch a scammer is make them start, instead of you providing all the information. Or ask them for a number to call them back at. :)
Received a call on cell phone. Stated NOT debt collection, but "urgent" I call to get "best rates" on credit cards. My number's already on the Do Not Call registry, so filed complaint with FTC...
