To be a dumb idiot is redundant and these callers are too stupid to understand the humor in being a double retard. They are probably members of the Dalits or 'untouchables' caste. I get plenty of scam calls and blocked everyone the first time; I never hear the ring anytime after that. I only see they called on my phone's screen later the next day. Get yourself a Panasonic phone system that blocks 250 numbers. A system with 3 handsets is about $100. Check Amazon.com for one. A nice feature is when the fûçk heads call back, there is no ring to irritate you. We are a sick society if we keep on accepting these insulting calls.
one of those "ring once and hang up" telemarketers. they do this if you are on the DNC list, so that they can use a loophole to keep calling you. If you call them back, they can legally contact you for 18months. Google the # and do not call back if it's a telemarketer!
