Unlike land lines, all cell phones are on the DNC, unless you opt out. The people calling you are CRIMINALS and SCAMMERS. Most of these originate in India. Why does it surprise you that they do not follow DNC rules? There is a law against murder, but CRIMINALS murder people all the time. Does that make murder rules a joke? You just don't get it.
Came in on my cell. I no longer answer ANY calls on my cell. Either friends are already in my phonebook, or they leave a msg. Unfortunately spam like this forces all of us never to answer the phone....ever!
