i fell for them too they promised i could be on my way to clearing my bill with student loan i started to dp ir stupid me then i find out that i was almost conned into getting a NEW loan thru them which u can automatically be held responsible n they can actually garnish your wages, social security while they feel glad that they are getting their paycheck n you get down in the dumps please find an alternet way to settle not thru them its not right
They called asking me if my social security # was xxxx. They asked if my birthday was a certain date. I told them no to both questions. She said that evidently they had the wrong person.
