Men and women with heavy accents have been calling from PartyPlanner / PartyPlanning.com for the last two weeks. (Researched the name but found nothing.) They ask to speak with our events planner by name about throwing parties, which isn't what she does, and I've told them that repeatedly. The last time, I had to yell at the woman over the loud background noise to pay attention to what I was saying and to either introduce her company via Purchasing or to cease and desist. Tomorrow is another day . . . .
