As all of you have before got the call from the Soprano debt collector called Palisades/aka Asta Funding/aka Presler and Presler of a AT&T bill that has never existed...???They first contracted Premiere Cr4edit of NA to see if they can collect monies they said i owed..?? This all started in December from a collection notice from them on a "PINK" notice stating that i owed 466.36. Once i called Premiere Credit of NA a man called Orlando Barnes answered the phone but could not produce the AT&T cell number they stated ot a SS#. After sending request letters of said owed debt, which started on Dec 17, 2007 until March 27, 2008 no, updated has been sent to me. As of Today March 31. 2008 Orlando Barnes of Premiere Credit of NA stated that the account has been closed.....?? He stated he could send me a letter stating this action....... he then put me on hold.... after he came back stated to me that Palisades Collections, LLC have taken all of the AT&T collections back...??? I have called AT&T collections and they do not have a record of account listed and or have hired Premiere Credit of NA or Palisades on debt collections which they do not share a business partnership with. I have search several claims of both collections agencies and seems that they are a corrupt collection agencies which try to intimidate people into paying monies not owed. Stick to your guns and ;DO NOT GIVE SS#’s .
if you want to call Arthur stern or Gary stern just call them direct to their line, that really pisses them off. Lets get them back like they attack us. 201-567-5648 ext 222 for Arthur and ext 225 for Gary. Keep calling these guys just like they keep calling us. I'm working on posting their home numbers too.
