these people has been calling from1800-414-8319,calling them self palace aide collections,they have been calling for appx.3 months consecitive ,3 times a day every day,even on sundays,first & for most they have the WRONG number,the recorded prompts state if they have reached the wrong number,i have to call them back& give them this 7 digit number to confirm the wrong number,when i did that the recorded prompt stated they have no listing of my number,i just received a call today on sunday,i decided to attempt to try their prompts today once again to inform this nuckle head company they are calling the WRONG NUMBER& the prompt says their CLOSED on sundays,i know for a FACT this is not LEGAL,AND LOOK OUT PALACE AIDE COLLECTIONS-ASTA FUNDING,You have DISTURBED ME ENOUGHT,THE LAW WILL BECOME INVOLVED.
It's hard to get too upset. Known scofflaws like this agency actively try to obscure their names, and you can't count on their reps all being clear speakers or on the presence of quality phone gear. Let's not forget hearing impairment. I can't go a week without interpreting a phone message to my elderly Dad, and some are so poorly delivered they are a challenge for me too.
