Who called from 201312119

This call came to me about Microsoft and my computer.
I'll call Microsoft to find out.

Hindu or [***] guy called and he was saying that I have downloaded blablabla with viruses.... and was from Microsoft. I have asked him to NOT call me again. He said that he will send somebody over my house.

Got a call from this number on jan 16, 2014 at 6h20pm.  No one at the other end just loud noise and my voice came back very loud in the phone.

Just got a call at 12.56 am.. Message said " goodnight"... Creepy!! Who is this and should I be worried?

Called at 12:19 am and said I was first participant on the conference call. NOT FUNNY!!
