received a phone call from Alex, but had serious indian accent lots of noise in the background and voices and static said he was calling from windows and that I had a virus, told him I could not understand him but he would not hang up kept saying hello hello, than he called back and spoke to the ansering service, he wont hang up and keeps calling back
