Who called from 2013267369

Just keeps calling me over and over and it is just a fax tone, nothing else, it just beeps every time I try and speak, and it has called me 4 times now, and it is really irritating and kind of creepy :P, I have no clue who this is, and I also read that a lot of other people are getting this call, I don't know if it is a scam? or maybe it tracks your ip?

called 3 times in a row  left blank messages.... just silent... voicemails. so annoying
