Just received txt and email from this number re ad on kijji about a boat I have for sale. Thought it sounded suspicious. Thanks for posting your comments, now I am ready for the next email.
texted me about my pontoon boat that I have for sale. then gave an email address [email protected]. wanted me to give my paypal info to make the purchase that she was offshore etc. etc. its a SCAM! don't give any info!!
This number 201-338-3062 texted my cell from kijiji ad but thought i would surf number first to find out its in US and I'm not. Needless to say something smells fishy and the reports on the phone number verify my concern.
Same thing with my boat, pay pal scam. received 4 different emails all the same thing paypal info and off shore working and have a courier service that will pick it up. if you have $23000 sitting in a paypal account why not go buy a new boat lol. they must think we're dumb.
