Received this call at work...have answered in the past but they always hung up. This time a female with a heavy Indian accent asked for me by ~almost my name then followed with "As an IT professional you're entitled to xxxxx free xxxx seminars xxxxxx the next is at xxxxx and lasts 16 minutes xxxxxx"
The xxxxx approximates words I couldn't understand. I told her I wasn't interested and she thanked me and hung up.

has called over and over everyday for 2 weeks.
Finally called to pick up, it is some sales call center.
They were looking for someone in another dept, wrong person name, right company.
I asked them to stop calling
Call said in broken english, Obviously India accent, That I was eligable for some "white paper". Stopher in her sentence to ask how she got my number and she said that they work from a marketing list. I asked to have my name removed from call list and she said she would but we will see. This is the 10 or so call in a month.
Good I did not picked it up.Nasty timing called right at 8:30.
How can these guys call on my cell phone?. I am on DoNotCall list. Do I need to do anything else to stop these trouble makers from calling me.
She told me her name is Alice Williams.
She told me that she is in a telemarketing company.
She won't give her employer (company) name.
She won't give her area code.
She won't give her location.
She knows there are laws that ensure her calls are identified within the first 30 seconds of her calls.
She knows that she needs to give the name of her company within the first 30 seconds of her calls.
She has argued that when she calls a number and hangs up that she is no longer bound by any laws.
She admitted that she has been dialing phone numbers without uttering a single sound to each call.
She admitted that her job is only to call and hang up on every single phone number in her database.
She admitted that her company has been under lawyer's scrutiny and that her action is mere retaliation.
My call was not recorded, unfortunately for everyone else. But I was talented enough to get all of this.
