Who called from 2013423414

Said he was from technical support (lot of static and background noises) and when i said "what?", he hung up.
The Number  was 1-342-3414, no areacode.  I saw others had posted here & I didnt know where else to post about this.

Just got a call from that number to my fax line? CID "Uknown Name" getting a lot of spoofed numbers lately had one 510-461-6747 looked it up on another forum from CA a painting contractors number looking for work in Indiana, really
