Who called from 2013423414

Received call 1-342-3414 my system said invalid number.  When I said HELLO within seconds they hung up.  Weird! so I blocked the number.

recvd call on 12-09 at approx 9:30 est from phone 342-3414 not showing a area code. Foreign lady claiming to be from Microsoft. I told her she was a scammer and hung up

Also got ph call from 342-3414, no area code. Did not answet but didn't understand how it even came thru w no area code!

Received call same number 342-3414, no area code Picked up, no answer!

Received call from 342-3414, no area code; did not pick up.  No message left.  Called twice today.
