A 201-353-3618 caller, shows on our caller ID as "Fax Global," has rung us at home (Northern Virginia) each evening daily for weeks. We pick up, nothing on the other end, nada. Verizon does not "offer the service" of allowing us to block an obnoxious caller such as this. Big disappointment Verizon Company. If you can't let us do it ourselves then get a bill passed or something, but do SOMETHING.

We receive multiple calls every day. I filed a complaint with the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm) and encourage all others to do the same.
This number called me (first time I've observed) and I answered. I said "Hello?" twice and a woman asked "Hello?" once back and IMMEDIATELY hung up.
Very rude. I'd bet that based on the CallerID name, they are combing all phone numbers, looking for an fax machine to answer to FAX-spam. (By the way, my number is and has been on the National Do-Not-Call Registry since it's first day.)
Thank you, Congress, for overturning the Anti-JunkFax legislation. Did any of your constituents actually VOTE for you to support more unsolicited junk-faxes? Do you even care what 99%+ of your voters think? That's your job to research, to care and to act responsibly.
