Who called from 2013552145

This is just one of MANY calls I have received to my cell phone lately. Just started about a month ago, and I've had about 15-20 calls from unknown numbers, that never leave a message. My phone number is registered on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

They're still at it, called me a number of times over the past few weeks, I didn't pick up but that didn't stop them from calling

Could hear background rumbling. Noise. Hang up

Called at 3:50 a.m. central time.  I didn't answer.

They identified themselves to me to be democratic fun razors.
