Who called from 2013552145

This number calls a dozen times a day on my cell,  If I don't answer they call back over and over until I shut my phone off.  I answered today and they hung up.  Idiots.  What happened to those Do Not call web sites we signed up for about years ago?  Invasion of privacy for 7 years now on landlines and cells and they have my spouse's name when it's not listed in his name, its in my name.  What the heck is happening to the freedoms we used to have in the USA?

Beggars

Called 2 times today.  Didn't answer.  Don't care.

I didn't answer and they called up to 12 times if not more depending on the  day.  I can hear them breathing and not a word.

I answered this time, she said it was for a survey.  Before I could even say not interested and don't call back she had hung up.   I had a couple of weeks without any of these BS calls---- looks like they are starting again.
