I have been getting calls from Dial America for months. I am on the do not call list and have caller ID so I do not pick up unless it's someone I want to talk to. Dial America is the worst. They call over and over again. It's harassment to repeatedly call consumers who have no interest in Dial America.
To all the people who get annoying phone calls from DialAmerica, putting your phone number on the "do not call" list does not keep them from calling you since charities, political messages, and surveyors are excluded from the do not call feature.
You have to call Dial America personally, but call their customer service line "1-877-872-2362"
They pull up your "account" or file they have on you with the information they ask for, and they say they will delete you in 24 hours.
If not, then you can complain.
