This number is calling my cell phone and Home number. I tried to call back but it keeps ringing. I am on the do not call list so What is this number?

They called me today and left a message to call 1-800-745-???? in regards to 1888621.

I also have been recieving calls from this company. I've been using google, & have found out that it is a company calling & saying they are affiliated with citi. They of course are not, but thats all the info I have.
