Who called from 2013738371

i'm concerned about their phishing attempt. who do i report this to? and how did they get my cell phone number?

said they were from an education counseling group and wanted to know if i had my high school diploma or GED.

This is ridiculous these calls are too frequent for words and you can't even understand the person.

Caller is so bad at english you can't understand them. Said I won something. I hung up on them.   They never give up.  they call all of the time..

keeps calling.  Just STOP already... annoying!

They call my dorm room a couple of times a day.  I've never picked up because I don't recognize the number.  However, I am worried that they are trying to sell me something or worse steal my identity.

I'm glad I googled the number.

I did a reverse look up and found out that the number is from a land line in New Jersey some where, but all that means is that the call is being routed through there to me...it could be coming from any where in the world.

This whole thing is so ridiculous
