hey you are wrong charitable 503c orginizations can call you even if you are on the do not call reg... And about the PAL Being a SCAM  it is not I have been a volunteer for 15 years and even the state office of PAL is a great charity, they need to make money to run the programs they offer. Football, basketball boxing, Police Explorer Academy and Horse ranch all in New Jersey... Unless you know aht you are talking abut please do not say this is a scam....

PAL is NOT a scam.  If  you don't trust the caller, then don't donate.  PAL keeps kids off the street and out of trouble.
