The do not call registry sends out all those numbers to EVERYONE, so telemarketers, etc. can call as a "survey" or some other scam that gets around the terms of the Do Not Call List. These people have called me on my home phone and now on my cell phone - do they ever stop - I told them I would report them as we are on the no call list for our cell phones as well.W
Wife answered a call from this number today, they were asking questions about our internet provider. When the wife asked what company they were the answer was Oh we are just asking about internet service. Did a reverse phone lookup and this number 201-419-6547 comes back to a cell phone in New Jersey. Now I ask you what good could an internet provider do someone in Southeast Arizona?
