Said they are some Clean Energy company looking for me to switch. Stated they had a locked in prices & wanted me to compare bills. Told her I'm not looking to switch & I don't walk around with the bill in my pocket to compare. Asked her to hold on while I get it (we have 4 telrphone lines) & she was actually on hold for 15 minutes. Got to give it to her, she was persistence. lol
I get these calls every day. Sorry to tell everyone but the Do Not Call List does not actually exist within the debt collection world. I have worked at a couple of debt co's and we never had a Do Not Call List. Most telemarketers also don't use one either. So you literally have to tell each company that calls to remove your number and that's the best you can do.
I know because it was my job to call 300-600 people a day to find debtors which is about one of the worst jobs ever.
Got a call from this number for the first time yesterday. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't pick up. They left no message. Between almost 2pm and about 615pm today they have called three times. Each time I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message I'm on the do not call registry. I just wish they would either stop calling or at least leave a message to remove the mystery of their calls. How do I get them to stop calling me?
