Calling from DNC forcing to vote for Clinton for President

I just got a call from this phone number.

I have received numerous calls from this number but never answered because I didn't recognize the number. On Sunday, August 7, 2012 I answered the call. There seemed to be a lot of background noise, like they were outside but the caller didn't say anything. I said hello a few times and hung up. Just childish and annoying.

I just received the same call with the same results. Must be a call center. Extremely FRUSTRATING!
