Yes, to my cell phone - three times in the past week.  No voice messages left.

It says unavailable number and no one answered

Called my cell several times in last month, as well as my home number

They keep calling even after I told them they have the wrong number. So annoying!

This is a "spoofed" number.  That means the number that actually calls tricks your caller id into seeing a different number. Whole lot of trouble for some one to go through and then not say anything when you answer the phone. Blocked the number.
