I'm not going to answer Cell calls I don't know.
If it was a Chimney Sweep - they shouldn't be making calls. Especially to DNC numbers. Businesses can get in trouble - bet they won't answer you if you asked their business ID number.
Looked up All American Chimney service and came up with this - though they may not be related. Just be aware:

Kept getting calls (up to 5 times per week) from this number. No response when I picked up, no message left when I didn't. The calls had stopped for a couple weeks, now starting again. Calling the phone company to see what I can do...
I just received a call from this American Chimney company as well. The telemarketer was very pushy and made it sound like this is something the goverment is requiring. I told her I wasn't interested she hung up on me!!! I feel sorry for people who might fall for this stuff!!!!
Just got a SECOND call from this number. It's American Chimney Company 11/13/2013 5:30 EST, and they are known for offering a "half price" chimney inspection ($40), then turning around and claiming there is thousands of dollars of repairs that need to be done to come up to "compliance" with some alleged laws.
I gave this caller an EAR FULL, but she seemed completely remorseless. I said I don't know how they can live with themselves, and some more colorful language. I said "I'm glad to hear from you, because I go right online and report your calls." She seemed unfazed. Sadly, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF POND SCUM ON THE PLANET! They have NO conscience.
Fortunately, I have NOT be bilked out of anything. Sadly, I know other people have been.
They completely disregard "no call" lists, which I am on.
