I have been getting calls from this number for the past week or so, calling 3 or 4 times a night. They don't say anything when you answer and they don't leave message. they need to be blocked from calling people.
This phone number calls me about 10 times a day. Sometimes they only let it ring once before disconnecting. I am ready to track them down...seriously! Companies should be required to screen these numbers before just handing them out like candy!!

SOLUTION: Call them back and Select Option No. 2 from the menu - "Place your number on the 'Do Not Call' list.' Yesterday, I received phone calls every 45 to 60 minutes from this number during business hours. I let the answering machine screen the call. There were no messages left. This morning I waited for their call. I had my tape recorder ready to record the full conversation. The phone rang and I answered. On answer. Then the system went dead. I called the number back. At 8:05 am, EDT, I selected to the option to speak with a Customer Service Representative. I was put in the queue. After a minute or so, I was informed that there was no one at this time to take my call. I was then prompted to select something from the main menu. I waited. The system did not give me any further information. I hung up. I called back again. I listened to the FULL menu this time. Option 2 was to have my number removed from their call list. Option 3 was to hang up. I selected No. 2. The voice prompt stated that my number had now been removed from their list. So, this will either (1) work as stated OR (2) this is their way of verifying that my number is a valid, working number with a live human. After all, I called the number and punched in my selection.
I will post another comment if I get called later by their system.
UPDATE: It's 10:54 am. I received one call from the number at 8:44 am. This was 45 minutes after the first call. I have not heard from them since. So apparently (fingers crossed) pressing the Option 2 - Be Removed from Call List - works, albeit, it takes a little bit to process through their system.
