Gino the Clown is going back to jail!
He was a con artist back in HS. He would be a pretend bookie taking money from his fellow HS students and dumb teachers, then never pay up.
Shame, the kid had a paper route was very friendly, but unfortunately he has a twisted brain and can't do anything legal.
