this number from 2015209532 has called my personal home numbere a total of 17 times in the past six days. According to the Fair Debt Collection Act, section 806(5) it prohibits contacting the consumer by telephone "Repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number." Continuously means making a series of phone calls, one right after the other. For Example Sat. July 10th, calls at 10:50am, 12:22pm, 2:01pm and 2:55pm. Enough is enough. I will contact the State Attorney General and the FCC, and my lawyer. But when I tried to call this number back to complain, voice message states call CANNOT be connected. A company that cannot even be reached in my opinion is very shady. Its companies like this that harass people every day, get away with it, and nothing is done...but hey, thats America.
calls me every fricken day about a invalid debt from 5 years ago, I have told them repeatedly that if they wish to pursue this matter in court i will not only be happy to oblige them but will file a counter suit against them and the company who is feloneously trying to collect this invalid debt!!!!!
I just got a new extension at work and they call me literally everyday between 11am and 1 pm. I've told them that the person doesn't have the number anymore but they continue to call regardless.
