I called them back and they pushed hard to extend the contract on the trial for our new car. Once I've convinced them that I don't want to extend it was left well enough alone. Good luck people
Keeps calling, several times per day. No voice messages. One of my family members cancelled their Sirius while I had a trial on my new VW, and they cancelled mine instead of theirs! Besides the crazy pricing, the stupid amount of talk versus music time and the fact that I can hear the difference in sound quality between my MP3 and satellite, I still wouldn't buy their service because they don't even know what car they're dealing with! I just got a new phone so the block wasn't set up yet, and they're still trying...Blocked it again today.
Idiots keep calling multiple times a day. My mom got a free 3 month subscription with her car, but it never worked (even after many attempts to solve the issue).
The last straw was getting some creepy f*cking voice message of scrambled voices and then a loud "HA! HA!". I called them back and asked them to take my mother off the list. She was very nice about it, and I hope they stop calling. This is not the way to get business from people. It is especially not the way to attract new customers.
Repeatedly requested they don't call me, requested they remove my number from their phone bank, finally had to block them... calls all hours from first thing in am to late in the evening multiple times a day
