Who called from 2019183115

This number been harassing me for sometime now.
When I answer the call and say hello no one response back.. I want them to stop calling

they call and don't leave message

I have recv'd several of these calls from this number. They wanted to confirm an address. I told them I would not ,as I don't know who they are. They then told me that they are ERS, Everest Receivable Services and it is of a legal matter for my husband. I said I will take your # and have him call you back. The call came from  201-918-3115 (Weehawkin, N.J.) but the number they told me to call back on was 877-864-1043.

Automated message saying press 1 to confirm an address. I hung up. I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

I found out its Cingular wireless in new jersey that's harassing us
