been calling and hanging up repeatedly, using up message space. i picked up one time, the guy asked "can you hear me ok?"--i foolishly answered yes. never say "yes" to a telemarketer...i have a friend who was scammed by a telemarketer using words from a recorded conversation to pose as verbal authorization for a contract. anyway, this guy starts blasting his scam pitch about my being selected for a free trip. when i started telling him we're on the do-not-call registry, the guy over talked me, getting louder and louder. he did not acknowledge anything i said and just kept yelling louder and speaking like a steamroller. i hung up, and he called right back. i am reporting this number and that obnoxious dirtbag to the dnc registry. not sure if telemarketer but definitely scammer, definitely unscrupulous.
