Who called from 2015680772

Recievedcall .Rang twice. Did not answer. Caller I.D. showed New Jersey and this phone number. No message.

11/30/15 10:15 PST  "Due to Federal Regulations you are now eligible to receive a free medical alert system since you have been referred...yada yada yada"  I must have received at least 2 doz. calls from different numbers with the same recording.  Didn't answer phone when I saw the "V" ID and didn't recognize number.  Don't know about anyone else, but feel like seniors appear to be primary targets for this creeps.  Will attempt to block this number via no mo.

Michigan. Rec'd call at 11:53am. The message was just a short part of a message.  All I caught was "...press 9 to opt out".
