Cell phone rang one x, no message left

no message, rang once i hit ignore.

Called my cell.  Rang once...hung up.  Put number on silent ring.

Called just now on my cell.  I picked up but heard nothing.  The caller hung up after 8 seconds.

Called my cell at 4:15 pm - left no message.  Called back from a blocked phone line and it said "Thank you for calling back! We called you because you visited an affiliate site and we would like to reward you with a gift card to Walmart..." (I heard enough and hung up here.)

Blocked the number.
