Who called from 2015823656

Just called my phone and didn't answer. Was about to ignore it, but they hung up on 2nd ring, no voice mail left. Putting them on ignore list.

Received numerous calls from 201-582-3656 at odd hours of the day and night.  No message is ever left.  We presume it is some sort of telemarketing scheme.

missed the call but no message left.

They called my cell claiming that I visited a Web site and won some kind of rebate.... I am on the national no call register this is horse [***]

if you listen thru their message re the supposed "rebate card" you are entitled to, you have the option to be put on their do not call list.
